Currently serving as Chief People & Culture Officer for a major child-serving agency, she provides strategic oversight for people operations and organizational effectiveness in high-stakes, multi-site environments.
With over 15 years in executive-level HR leadership, Dr. Hollands specializes in aligning human capital with mission-driven goals.
